My apologies for going so long between updates.  The past few days have been rather busy.

At any rate, I ‘maintained’ at my weigh-in today, so I still down just over 4 lbs.  I’m not totally surprised but, yes, I am a little disappointed. 

In better news, over the past few days, I’ve noticed the “Eating Half/Leaving Half” part of the program really does seem to be kicking in.  Last night in particular, we were having dinner and I noticed I was feeling full.  I thought about having another few bites but nothing was appealing to me.  When I studied my plate, I realized that I had eaten almost exactly half of my food.  Even later, when offered dessert, I had no problems saying, “No thanks.  I’m just not hungry.”  Assuming this keeps up, I have no doubt the scale will start to drop again soon.   

This past week, I’ve noticed my exercise motivation has been sorely lacking.  There are any number of reasons why, but that needs to change, so, starting today, I will be adding in listening to Don’s “Love to Exercise – Looking Forward to Being Active” program that was included on the mp3 player.  These do not include an instruction track but I assume it would be similar to the track on the Think & Lose CD.
