I’ve added this to the sessions I’m listening to daily. It runs about 15 minutes.
Like the regular T&L sessions, Don begins with a series of relaxation techniques to induce the trance and then begins to impart the suggestions about being active. The main technique is to establish a word trigger to encourage the listener to be more active. The word is “LIVE”.
There are no suggestions about how to exercise or what sorts of activities to try. Just the idea of motivating the listener to exercise.
Unlike the T&L sessions, this one sounds a little choppy. It’s almost as if Don had recorded the trance part of it and then spliced in the hypnotic suggestions at a later time. It’s odd.
