The scale is starting to move again.  A little bit. 

4 weeks in, I’m starting to hear Don’s voice in my head while I’m eating again. 

I’ve also realized that’s very important to listen to the recordings a little more consciously than I had been.  My mind definitely wanders over the course of a session but trying to be a little ‘present’ seems to help.   

Falling asleep during the session is OK but it’s definitely more effective if you do not.  I definitely retain less on the days when I slap on the headphones and crawl into bed at night.  I get more out of listening first thing in the morning when possible.
