So, this week, I’m really trying to be more conscious of what I eat. Honestly, more and more, this is key for me.
The more I focus on what I am eating when I am eating it, the less food it takes to satisfy me.
I’ve been consistently listening to the full-length program in the evenings and have managed to sneak in the reinforcement session in most mornings.

I really found your blog helpful, I especially like how you return to this even after a couple months break. This is an indicatior of how “real” life is with this program. I myself have just started the program 3 days ago. No change just yet (too soon?) but I will take your advice and focus on what I am eating as I am eating it. On a positive not, over the past year you have not gained! That is an accomplishment in my book.

I tried the CD’s for a month. I listened twice a day, but they did not work for me, so I sent them back. They did not charge my credit card, so they were honest about that. I had high hopes for the plan, but maybe they will work for someone else.
