Have you every tried Hypnosis to loose weight?
Using hypnosis weight loss you will quickly notice that it is simpler to resist over eating, and eating the wrong sort of food and how easy it is to replace these habits with brand new positive habits like regular exercise and eating a balanced diet.

I have tried it in the past. I used another program that was offered via infomercial. It was quite different from this one and I did not find it to be particularly effective.
Think and Lose, at a minimum, has helped me get my snacking under control. I have seen some changes in making it easier to eat less.

I’m feeling the same thing you are feeling on the program. After 2 weeks I’ve lost 3.5 lbs (although I’m on my monthly right now so I may be bloated). I am finding that I’m choosing way better foods and only eating one helping at meals, but the half only thing has not kicked in yet. I can’t bring myself to waste food, so putting food on my plate and then throwing half away will not work for me. So, I’m just trying to keep to one helping. I used to easily eat 2 or 3 helpings at a meal. All in all, I think the hypnosis on the body image and the mindset of making me feel like I can do it has been the most helpful. But the half only….not really. I’m trying to listen twice a day. I was doing the full session in the afternoon and at night. Now I’m mixing it up with the 10 minute. I, too, am starting to get way too relaxed at night and think I am sleeping. Although I know exactly when the program ends and am awake at the end I cannot remember anything from about the half way point, so I must be in some light sleep. Not sure if I’m retaining it or not. At any rate, keep plugging. And keep posting. I like hearing from you. Terri
